Founded in 1979 by Robert and Brion Richardson, Richardson's Thermal Control Industries Inc. began with a straightforward mission: to prioritize our customers and meet their needs. Initially, the company focused on spray-in-place foam insulation and refrigerated trailer repair, establishing a reputation for quality service in these areas.
As the business grew, it was incorporated in 1993, and the founders recognized a lack of contractors able to serve their customers effectively. To better assist their clients, they pursued various contracting licenses. Melvin, their father, acquired a limited electrical license, while Brion obtained a refrigeration license. However, as the demand increased, Robert pursued an unlimited electrical license to enhance their service capabilities.
Today, the company boasts a team of qualified individuals holding multiple licenses. Both Robert and David Richardson hold Unlimited Electrical classifications, while Robert and Brion possess Class 3 HVAC and unlimited plumbing licenses. Additionally, Brion holds both unlimited refrigeration and septic tank installation licenses.
